Tutorial

Run it locally.
This is the path.

No installer yet. On an Apple Silicon Mac, clone, install, and start — the window opens itself. Or hand this to your agent.

  1. Clone the repoPull the source onto this Mac
  2. Installnpm install at the root
  3. Start the desktopnpm run dev
  4. The window opensLook for starting Sharker desktop
  5. Start workingWorkspace · key · say what to do

Fix startup crash

Startup throws OperationalStateMigrationBlockedError. Find it and fix it.

The CHECK constraint still had the old workspace authority. I bumped the runtime schema to v15 and mapped the old id.

Verified Migration tests pass. The window opens.

You need

macOS · Node.js 22+ (22.19 or newer) · Git

npm run dev

When the terminal prints [dev] starting Sharker desktop, the window opens. Pick a workspace, add an OpenAI-compatible API key and model, and say what to do. Keys stay on this machine.
